Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear Chicken: Sear chicken skin-side down in olive oil for 4-5 minutes, then flip and sear for 3 minutes.
