  • 100 ml (โ…“ cup) roasted red-pepper puree, plus 2 Tbsp extra
  • 150 g (5.3 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ยฝ cup (30 g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp (โ‰ˆ5 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • ยผ cup (โ‰ˆ10 g) fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep & Preheat: Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil until browned.
