  • 100g (3.5oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp (5g) chipotle powder or 1 minced chipotle pepper
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream or plant-based cream
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions
